In addition to our work with larger businesses, the Imago team also has offerings available for smaller business and professional practice owners. College courses and life experiences have provided small businesses and professional office owners with the knowledge and expertise to run the business. What is often a gap is managing the people side of the business. Building effective teams, handling difficult people and situations, embracing and sustaining change, and core leadership skills are typically not a component of the curriculum or core experiences. To address that gap, the Imago team provides a range of opportunities in leadership development, coaching, and team effectiveness along with modules that address gaps the office may have in people skills.
